Match report With first team skipper Pyne's wife expecting to deliver their eighteenth child at any time, he had to play at home and duly took 4-45, should have been more had we been playing the rule whereby the batsman is given out when he nicks it to first slip!
A good bowling and fielding display was followed by dismal batting, against a couple of div 4 bowlers (as their 2nd team had no fixture!!) but Pyne had no problem, hitting five sixes in a rapid 44, but with the next highest score of 12 from youngster Eggy, defeat duly followed.
