Match report Another time game where we couldn't get over the line. Batted first and lots of us got in but didn't convert against an average attack but they took their chances. We ended up all out for 181 which looked a long way short. Jacob coming in for his first appearance in a few years and looking eager to feel the soft comfort of the Dales by leaving everything, including one right on middle stump.

We bowled and fielded a lot better which is plus point. The game was always in the balance and some really good spells from Jack, Dog, NC and Scot kept us well in the game. It was the costly 43rd over where we misfielded and saw a chance go begging to wrap it up and we ended up 1 short. 21 wides also a factor in a tight game but at least we put up a fight this week.
