Match report Another awful week we'd all rather forget. With V festival, Essex in the 50 over one day final, first week of the football season and holidays we took a bare 9 - only 4 adults (plus Lloyd). After missing the toss due to being late collecting 2 players (to avoid us only having 7!), the skipper helped himself to a rapid half century off only 13 overs but as the next highest score was only 11, defeat was inevitable.
At least youngster Davies picked up a wicket, and even Lloyd got a victim, but Sandon drove home with 51 overs to spare!
