Match report A century from St Johns's opening skipper helped set a formidable target. I'd like to claim catch of the season for holding on to an exocet at mid on which literally knocked me off my feet and back a few yards. I remember Scott not wondering if i'd caught it, but wondering if it had killed me. Also funny were the last two balls of St Johns's innings as they were played in a torrential downpour!
With the now juiced up pitch and a decent opening attack, the Broomfield chase stuttered and we never looked like troubling the score.
